Even though there might be an intention to reduce possible barriers when developing digital tools, I think we still face the fact that (1) most developers do not bring the perspective of vulnerable groups and (2) there is no common knowledge of what is needed to reduce barriers in these tools. That is why Indimo work is so important. I would even add that legal guidelines are not only helpful, but would be essential for more inclusive digital tools.
Human contact is still needed.
